A gorgeous depression-era clear glass double candlestick holder made by Jeannette Glass.

Jeannette Bottle Works began operation in the late 1880s in Jeannette, Pennsylvania and in 1898 became Jeannette Glass Company. During operation, they were one of the seven major companies producing Depression glass.

This design features classic 1940s decor elements with a unique criss-cross oval design on the base. The style is early Hollywood regency meets MCM glass.

Item measures 5" tall and 5" wide.

In good condition with no scratches, or breaks. Note: there's a chip-like crack inside one of the candle holder wells. It isn't chipped to the touch (externally or internally), but can be seen through the glass when a candle isn't in it (not noticeable when it is). This doesn't detract from the beauty of the item but the item has been priced to reflect the imperfection.
