This lovely vintage piece originates from Finland. Produced by the Riihimaki Glass factory (also known as Riihimaen Lasi Oy) it is a lovely purple eggplant colour.
 
The abstract shape has given it its name of 'Piipuu' which translates to Chimney. The vase was designed by Tamara Aladin ca. the 1960s and was produced in several different colours.

Condition / In great condition with no chips or cracks.

Size / Measures 18cm tall and 10.3cm at the base.
