If you have any problems, please notify us by email, within seven days of receipt of your order. We will only refund or exchange unused products if they are returned to us in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incorrect delivery, you will be required to pay for the return of the item to us. 

• When you first burn your Common sense candle, burn it until the wax pool reaches the edge of the vessel. This will ensure your candle always burn flat.
• Always trim your wick, every time you light your candle. Discontinue burning when you have 1cm or less of wax in your candle.
• Always place your Common Sense candle on a heat resistant surface. Do not leave your candle unattended and keep away from children, curtains and pets.
• Do not burn your candle for more than three hours at a time.
• Burning for too long can cause the wick to move, or slant. If you see a flaming wick come close to the vessel wall, extinguish the flame and straighten the wick to prevent the vessel from cracking.

Each of our Monochrome candles comes with a dust cover embedded with the seeds of wildflowers. 

 

Each dust cover is made from recycled waste paper and seeds with a germination rate of 85%. When planted, the paper biodegrades while the seeds grow, leaving no waste. 

 

Our seeded dust covers are a great eco-friendly alternative to traditional candle covers and provide the chance to grow a mini garden in the empty glass vessel once your candle burns out.
